- Work out! It’s important to have energy, especially when most of the day you are sitting down. Go for a run, join a cross-fit team, or just grab a friend and do some at-home pilates or yoga. Anything that stretches your muscles and cools down your mind is definitely going to help your work days.
- Try buying a video game that doesn’t involve a controller. The XBox Kinect or Nintendo Wii counsels have plenty of fun movement games. Although you’re staring at a bigger screen still, your mind is in a playful state; and where there is laughter, there is relaxation!
